The Developer agrees that it will meet thefollowing goalsTo create a minimum of five full time equivalent jobson the Development Property by December 31, 2019For each of the five (5) full-time jobs added, pay wagesand health benefits that equal at least the rate of138% of the current poverty level for a family of four inKoochiching County.Spend a minimum of $5,000,000 on capital projectson improvements to the Development Property byDecember 31, 2019Oral commentsl be received during the hearingand written comments may be submitted to theAdministration Office, Courthouse at 715 4th StreetInternational Falls, MN 56649.
